| Canadian Rodeos |
| Probullstats - July 30, 2003 |
We just got a batch of Canadian Rodeos from the first of the season
up to July 4th. We'll be dumping the bull records from these rodeos
in with all the rest, but there are a few differences - namely:
All the Canadian rodeos that we will be entering are CPRA/PRCA
approved and feature at least one contractor whose bulls will be
eligible for the 2003 WNFR (if they can get across the border by
then). These contractors are as follows:
Big Stone Rodeo Co. - BGST
Calgary Stampede - CALG
Franklin Rodeo Stock - FRNK
Harvey Northcott - NCOT
Kesler - KESL
Wayne Vold - WV
Many of the Canadian rodeos also feature other contractors who
are not also PRCA contractors, and we will NOT be entering the records
from those contractors, so most of the rodeos will be incomplete
and will not have placing information or perf views included.
Some of the Canadian rodeos use the 4 judge system, and for those,
we will use the average of the 4 marks TWICE for the judges marks.
So if a bull is 21-21-22-23, we will enter 21.8 - 21.8.
Most of the Canadian sheets are easy to read, and they tend to
write down buckoff scores regularly, but they tend to NOT write
down buckoff times, so your guess is as good as mine.
