Judge Gullo used good penmanship, wrote down clarifying comments, recorded every buckoff time, and even used quarter points on bulls when he really didn't have to. An A+ effort as judging goes. However, I'm just guessing it was Barry Gullo, because his name was dang near illegible. So either Gullo did a good job, or it was some San Antonio area
physician that did a good job.
