Notes:
Never fails - if the PRCA has some sort of event, which is NOT the NFR, and it's not a plain old regular season rodeo... at least one of the judges won't mark buckoffs. This time it was Judge Todd. Most of the circuit finals, Tour Finales, ESPECIALLY Xtreme bulls... must not be in the union contract or something.
I guess they figure nobody is going to care what happens at the premier events.
