Notes:
OWJI in perf 5 (Duarte vs 214 Wish Big) doesn't look like an OWJI, but the 4 judges marked it like this:
Todd: 21
Adams: 12
Steagall: 12
Knowles: 20
So it comes out 16.5-16 when you group the judges in pairs. If they had been grouped the other way it would be 20.5-12. I don't know that this is true, but it SEEMS like using 4 judges that see things differently over the course of an event does NOT reduce the number of split scores or ties.
